I actually watched the hentai adaptation with a friend during COVID lol. The scat scenes were genuinely the first time I ever felt close to actually vomiting from a show. Having said that, there was some kind of plot the hentai had, which made us curious as to what was even going on in the story. I stumbled on this video while searching for answers, and it's a pretty good video reviewing the Euphoria VN! He explained some stuff I found confusing in the hentai adaptation. I don't think I will read the visual novel anytime soon but the video does make me interested in checking it out one day.
